JEWEL GETS BUSY ON TV TALENT SHOWS
Alaskan pop star JEWEL will be taking new TV talent seriously in the new year (07) after signing on to host US show NASHVILLE STAR and to judge an episode of AMERICAN IDOL. The singer sat in as a guest judge in the Minneapolis auditions for the upcoming season of American Idol, and she'll take over from WYNONNA JUDD as the host of Nashville Star. Jewel has also added director to her impressive resume after taking charge of the camera for her new video STEPHENVILLE, TX.
