JET STAR CESTER COLLAPSES ON STAGE
Australian rockers JET were forced to cut short their show in London on Monday night (10Aug09) after singer NIC CESTER collapsed on stage.
The band was two songs in to their set at the Hard Rock Cafe when Cester, who had been unwell all day, passed out.
He got back on his feet and cracked a joke about the mishap for the audience before collapsing a second time.
Cester was rushed to the U.K. capital's University College Hospital by ambulance and was treated for symptoms of gastroenteritis, acute vomiting and dehydration.
The singer/guitarist stayed in hospital overnight for observation.
