JET CALL FOR AN AMBULANCE AS SICK CESTER CHECKS OUT OF HOSPITAL
JET rocker NIC CESTER will perform an acoustic show in London on Wednesday night (12Aug09) with an ambulance on standby.
The frontman has ignored doctor's orders to rest up after collapsing onstage at the Hard Rock Cafe in the English capital on Monday (10Aug09).
Cester was admitted to University College Hospital, where he was treated for gastroenteritis and dehydration.
He has checked out of the hospital to perform with his band at the This Feeling club, but, according to NME.com, he has agreed to take a member of the medical staff along with him.
The band have also reportedly asked gig promoters to provide an ambulance and extra bottled water to help the frontman avoid dehydration during the show.
