JET ASK FANS TO MAKE MUSIC VIDEOS

Australian band JET are asking fans to create their own videos to coincide with the release of their relaunch track - and the best will win a one-to-one with bandmembers themselves. The ARE YOU GONNA BE MY GIRL hitmakers are inviting fans to download new track PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS on www.jetmusic.co.uk and come up with videos which will be played on video-sharing website YouTube.com on 2 October (06). The video with the greatest number of viewings will win the chance to meet the band. Jet's head of marketing NICOLA MYERS says, "It's about engaging rock fans far upfront rather than just riding on the back of a single release, and reactivating a fan base of a band that has been absent for two years."
