JERMAINE JACKSON WANTS CHRIS FOR TRIBUTE

Jermaine Jackson has confirmed Chris Brown has been asked to play at the Michael Jackson tribute concert in Vienna on September 26.

Jermaine Jackson has confirmed he wants Chris Brown to play at the Michael Jackson tribute concert.

The 'Run It' singer - who is on probation for attacking ex-girlfriend Rihanna earlier this year - was included in the original line-up for the show in Vienna, Austria, but his spokesman insisted hadn't agreed to perform.

However, Jermaine is keen for Chris - who has openly stated what a huge influence Michael has been on his career - to participate and hopes he will be there to perform either 'Man in the Mirror' or 'Thriller'.

He told BANG Showbiz: "Chris has been invited, working out his own situation. He definitely expressed to us he wants to be there. Depends what he is going through with his court case and if a judge will let him leave the country. Chris wants to do 'Man in Mirror' or 'Thriller'."

Jermaine wants fans to forgive Chris for his attack on Rihanna as he believes everyone deserves a second chance.

He added: "Will it be negative if he's there - not at all, he's asked for forgiveness. If Christ can forgive us then we can see people make mistakes. He's a wonderful performer and people need support at these kinds of times."

Jermaine has also asked Akon, Stevie Wonder and R. Kelly to perform at the show, which takes place on September 26, in honour of his late brother.

He added: "I'm also speaking to Maroon 5 and Sister Sledge."

Micheal would not have approved of an abuser of women paying him anykind of tribute. If you have never been there you don't know what it's like to be beaten my a man. Yes Chris made a mistake but there is always consequences to our mistakes and that will always haunt him, I just hope he learned his lesson, women are not punching bags. Micheal was a gentle soul, and I think jermaine is off his rocker. He does'nt belong on stage, can't he see the handwriting on the wall? you Jermaine will never be like Micheal there is only one KING OF POP, and I for one will never forget him. I prefer to watch Janet's tribute to Micheal at the MTV awards this Sunday.

i think jermaine is right about chris tribute to the king of pop,, i reason with jermaine and suport his idea. this is not the time to fight or raise judgement against what chris has done in the past, we should all know that michael dosent need this for now, the king of pop belong to the world, we should try and forgve chris for his past wrong. we shouldnt deny any one paying tributes to the king of pop.
