JAMIROQUAI TO PLAY WORLD'S HIGHEST GIG
British band JAMIROQUAI hope to set a new record for the world's highest ever gig - by playing on board a converted Boeing 757 at 35,000 feet (10,700 metres).
The VIRTUAL INSANITY group will perform the Gig in the Sky for 200 guests on board the converted jet, including an adjudicator from the Guinness Book of Records who will decide if the performance is a record-breaking one.
The plane will take off from Munich, Germany and land at a mystery European destination for an aftershow party with 700 specially invited fans.
Frontman JAY KAY boasts, "No one has ever done a gig like this. Rock and roll is about pushing the boundaries."
