JAMES REMEMBERED FOR STREET SONGS IMAGE ON GRAVESTONE

Late funk icon RICK JAMES' most famous album cover image has been transferred to his tombstone in a Buffalo, New York cemetery. The photo from James' hit 1981 album STREET SONGS has been recreated on the SUPER FREAK singer's jet black gravestone, above the inscription, 'I'VE HAD IT ALL/I'VE DONE IT ALL/I'VE SEEN IT ALL/IT'S ALL ABOUT LOVE.../GOD IS LOVE.' The new gravestone was erected on Sunday (06AUG06) at a ceremony marking the second anniversary of James' death, according to website TMZ.com.
