BLUR star ALEX JAMES is warning wannabe rock stars to resist their female fans' advances, because the sex soon "gets boring". The bassist is currently happily married with three children, but estimates he slept with around 500 different women when his band were at the peak of their popularity in the 1990s. Despite the initial thrill however, James is adamant the lothario lifestyle isn't worth it. He says, "I think the more people you have sex with, the worse it tends to get. The magic wears off a bit. "It's like drugs; the more you take, the less exciting it becomes. If anything is constantly freely available then it gets boring."
