Chi-Ali - real name CHI ALI GRIFFITH - is determined to help HOLLYWOOD and BELOVED in rap duo GUNS + GLAMOUR get the publicity he thinks they deserve, and has sent scores of letters to established artists begging them to help. Besides Combs, names on his mailing list include DJ RED ALERT and BIG TIGGER, and Chi-Ali has vowed to extend his contacts in the coming months, according to AllHipHop.com. The AGE AIN'T NOTHIN' BUT A NUMBER hitmaker is currently serving a 12-14 year sentence for the fatal shooting of SEAN RAYMOND, his ex-girlfriend's brother, in 1999 in a dispute over $300 (GBP167) and some CDs.
