JAGGER WORKING WITH DAVE STEWART?
Mick Jagger is reportedly collaborating with former EURYTHMICS star Dave Stewart.
According to Hollywoodinsider.ew.com, the pair are working together on a new musical project, but further details have not yet been released.
The legendary ROLLING STONES frontman and Stewart have reportedly been spotted leaving the studio in Los Angeles recently.
Stewart staged a performance at the city's Roxy venue on September 24th where he was backed by a 30-piece orchestra.
Elsewhere, the Stones manager Andrew Loog Oldham has ribbed THE VERVE over their use of a ROLLING STONES sample in their hit Bitter Sweet Symphony for which Mick Jagger and Keith Richards now receive all the royalties.
"They [Mick Jagger and Keith Richards] have the watch and I have a pretty presentable watch strap. That's my little piece," he said.
On the subject of Ashcroft, he added: "Songwriters have learned to call songs their children, and he thinks he wrote something. He didn't. I hope he's got over it. It takes a while."
