JAGGER MAKES US SITCOM DEBUT

THE ROLLING STONES star SIR MICK JAGGER has kicked off his US sitcom career in style by showing off his soccer skill on KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY. The rocker's cameo on the show aired in America last night (04JAN07) and saw Jagger sporting an England soccer shirt and kicking a ball around as he boasted of his $52 million (GBP27 million) luxury New York pad on national TV. He said, "Hi, I'm Mick. Welcome to my apartment - it's so nice, I never want to go out." The flat is later broken into by bungling crooks. Jagger has previously acted in movies including PERFORMANCE, NED KELLY and FREEJACK.
