JACKSON'S SECRET RECORDINGS COULD BE RELEASED

MICHAEL JACKSON had a stash of secret recordings - and the tracks could be set for release.
The material includes unused tracks from studio sessions of some of Jackson's top albums, as well as more recently recorded songs made with R&B singer Akon and Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am.
And fans could soon be able to get their hands on the new music, according to the former CEO of Sony Music Tommy Mottola.
He says, "There are dozens and dozens of songs that did not end up on his albums. People will be hearing a lot of that unreleased material for the first time ever. There's just some genius and brilliance in there."
He adds that the releases "could go on for years and years - even more than Elvis."
Akon completed just one song with Jackson - entitled Hold My Hand - and he's determined to keep all their other work "locked up in the vault" until the Jackson family decides how to use it.
He adds, "It was all positive records - songs to uplift people, songs to make people think about the problems in life. It was all about bringing people together."
The news comes just days after Queen star Brian May revealed Jackson made a series of recordings with Freddie Mercury in the 1980s "which have never seen the light of day.”
