JACKSON'S MANAGER DEMANDS CASH FOR NEVERLAND SALE

MICHAEL JACKSON's one-time manager and adviser DR. TOHME TOHME is demanding millions from the King of Pop's estate for helping to lock up the deal that saved Neverland Ranch from foreclosure.
Tohme has joined a growing list of creditors, claiming he's owed cash from Jackson and the administrators of his estate.
In documents filed this week (ends13Nov09), he alleges he was promised a significant fee from the late pop star if he could find a company interested in bailing him out financially as debtors circled his Santa Barbara, California estate.
Tohme insists he upheld his side of the bargain, persuading bosses at Colony Capital LLC to hand over $23 million (£14.4 million) to save Neverland - but he was never rewarded.
He is now demanding the $2.3 million (£1.4 million) Jackson allegedly promised him, according to TMZ.com.
Other creditors demanding cash from the estate include Jackson's former choreographer LaVelle Smith Jr. and his skin doctor Arnold Klein.

The Estate is left for the children, Michael Jackson Estate. Give it up for love... And, think of the children. It's not fair to them at their young ages. It's sad that Michael Jackson died the way he did and his children are left without a father. These children do not deserve to have any of their money that was left to them in an Estate by their father to be compromised. Think of Neverland as a love offering for the children and let it rest. <<c'est la vie>> A fan of Michael Jackson
