JACKSON LAWYER DISPUTES DEBBIE ROWE'S CUSTODY BID

KATHERINE and JOE JACKSON's lawyer is disputing reports the couple's former daughter-in-law will claim custody of MICHAEL JACKSON's two children, insisting the King of Pop's parents are the legal guardians of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11.
Debra Opri claims Jacko's ex, Debbie Rowe, has no legal rights to gain custody of her kids.
She tells Eonline.com, "We are almost certain that there is a written instrument which exists where Debbie Rowe ultimately surrendered fully and finally her parental rights."
Opri's claim disputes remarks made by Rowe's attorney, Iris Finsilver, who insists her client will seek custody of her kids.
The Jacksons' attorney states she is almost certain there is legal paperwork naming Katherine as "the custodial non-parent" in the event of Michael's death: "When it came to Michael's children, he had everything covered. They will be well provided for."
Prince Michael, Paris and their younger brother, Prince Michael II, who was born via an anonymous surrogate, are currently with Katherine, according to Opri.
The children's godfather, British actor Mark Lester, has also offered to take care of his late friend's kids.
He says, "They're the most fabulous kids and I will do anything... I'm here for them 24/7, so whatever they need, they've got from me."

I simply think the kids should be returned to their natural mother. I don't know the grandparents ages but as a grandmother myself, I think taking care of three children is quite a job. (Unless a fortune came with them to hire nanny's) Also, these are the same parents who (according to what I saw Michael say on a TV show) beat them with a belt. I don't remember why but it had to do with doing a good show. Why put his kids through this? They have had enough turmoil in their lives.
