JACKSON HIT WITH CHILD SUPPORT LAWSUIT

JERMAINE JACKSON has been hit with a lawsuit from his ex-wife, alleging he has failed to pay more than $35,000 (£23,000) in child support payments.
Alejandra Jackson has filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming Jermaine has not handed over $35,550 (£23,200) he owes her in upkeep for their two children, Jermajesty and Jaffar.
She alleges her ex-husband's mother Katherine has had to help her and has given her "gift cards to (store) Ralphs in varying months so that I can pick up food for our children, usually between $300 and $400."
Alejandra also accuses Jermaine of lying to the court when he claimed he only made $35,000 in 2008, according to TMZ.com
The couple married in 1995 and Jermaine filed for divorce in 2004.
