JACKSON ESTATE HIT WITH YET ANOTHER CREDITOR'S CLAIM

MICHAEL JACKSON's estate is facing a new creditor's claim from the engineers who installed the top-of-the-line audio and visual technology system in the late King of Pop's Neverland Ranch.
Bosses at Video & Audio Center (VAC) filed a court claim in California this week (ends20Nov09) for $128,482.77 (£80,301.73), alleging Jackson failed to pay the balance of his bill upon completion of work at the Santa Barbara property in 2004.
According to TMZ.com, the legal documents state that Jackson paid the initial $25,000 (£15,625) for the installation of a number of flat screen TVs and speakers around the mansion, before falling behind on the remaining $109,540.85 (£68,463).
VAC executives took Jackson to court in 2007 over the outstanding amount and won a court judgement ordering the singer pay up for the remainder of the invoice.
The Thriller hitmaker failed to settle the bill before his death in June (09) and now VAC bosses have joined the long list of disgruntled business associates demanding cash from Jackson's estate, according to TMZ.com.
VAC's claim is for the outstanding invoice amount plus interest.
Other creditors demanding cash from the estate include Jackson's former choreographer LaVelle Smith Jr. and his skin doctor Arnold Klein.

It's almost impossible to believe that these human beings have any kind of a heart. Don't take from the estate what is rightfully theirs, It belongs to three children, Michael's children.
