JACKSON DOCTOR HAD NO IDEA ABOUT DRUG ADDICTION
DR. CONRAD MURRAY was "not aware" of MICHAEL JACKSON's various health problems when he agreed to look after the King of Pop as he prepared for his comeback concerts, according to the medic's attorney.
Police investigating Jackson's 25 June (09) death are considering charging Murray with manslaughter amid reports the personal physician injected the superstar with a deadly shot of powerful anaesthetic Propofol.
Murray had his Las Vegas home and Texas storage facility raided by authorities at the end of July (09) as they searched for prescription documents tying him to the surgical drug.
Officers from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) have continued to dig deeper into his history as they try to solve the mystery surrounding Jackson's death and swooped on a Las Vegas pharmacy used by Murray on Tuesday (11Aug09) in their search for evidence.
But Murray's attorney Ed Chernoff insists his client had no idea about what Jackson was addicted to or what he was taking for his habits.
Chernoff tells the Los Angeles Times, "When he accepted the job, he was not aware of any specific requirements regarding medications that Michael Jackson was taking or any addictions that he was suffering from."
The medic did not conduct drug tests on Jackson and only knew of drugs he had been prescribed from the singer himself, reports CNN.
Chernoff adds Murray only "realised that Michael Jackson had some very unusual problems" after he moved into the singer's Holmby Hills, California mansion in May (09).
And the attorney is confident authorities are basing their investigation on the wrong person, denying "unequivocally" that Murray gave Jackson painkillers.
He says, "I have no doubt they came up completely empty in that regard."

If this doctor didn't have the history information when carrying for Michael
Jackson somethings wrong!
I've worked in the medical field as an Medical Receptionist / Patient
Registration / for several doctors and never had any of the doctor not do an
review prior to taking new patients! Also locate medical information from
records of individuals so that the medical providers had patients information
prior to visits!
Something is wrong if this doctor didn't know anything about Michael Jackson
medical problems stemming from the past...
Thank God that I've been blessed with medical professional that asked questions
& research medical information from medical records!
Wow, I feel sorry for this doctor's present clients. He seem to not have his
patient life handling listed as an priority for making sure the correct
treatment is given to resolve his patients health ailments!

Bull Cramp. One way or another the docor and his defense team seems to me to be
crawling around on the back of their rear side looking for a escape from the
truth.Look this doctor was born into the world a male child which does not
support the theory all male childs are real men;therefore how in the world on
GOD'S green earth do they think we are going to support let alone believe that
any Doctor that stands with honor and respect to the vow they have accepted as
"PROTECTING HUMAN LIFE"?. What world do these people come from ? Apparently
they can not be from earth if so what part of earth and have they come in
peace? Answer no for the outrage they are presenting before the real world is
too much to bare for my heart.His attention have being clear to me from day one
just read every comment I have submitted to thie demon knew what he was doing
and what day his evilness would damange his families hearts and leave the part
of the nation that did and still love Michael destroyed.Now tell me what Doctor
is willing to put his lifelyhood on the table for anyone regardless of who he
or she is? I myself do not know many!. I guess if Doctors are just treating
people with out having the decentcy to learn his or her patient history and it
seems to be okay to treat them any way look out world for what chance of
survial do any of us have?. Will other Doctors join this doctor wagon and
continue to use ignorance in their defense to legally get away with senseless
murder?.
