JACKSON CUSTODY HEARING POSTPONED AGAIN

A court hearing to decide the future of MICHAEL JACKSON's three children has been postponed until next month (Aug09).
The star's mother Katherine was due to learn if she would retain custody of Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II in a California court on Monday (20Jul09) - but the hearing will now take place on 3 August.
It's the third time authorities have agreed to delay the court date, following Jackson's sudden death last month (25Jun09).
No reasons have been given for the postponement, but sources tell TMZ.com it's because Katherine is close to agreeing a settlement with Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Jackson's two eldest kids.
