J-LO TO ADOPT PUERTO RICAN CHILD?

JENNIFER LOPEZ is the latest Hollywood celebrity to reveal she is looking to adopt a child from abroad, according to the new reports.

The singer and actress has said she and husband MARC ANTHONY, who married in 2004, are planning to adopt a baby from Puerto Rico.

J-Lo is joining the elite A-list celebrity adoption club, after MADONNA, ANGELINA JOLIE and TOM CRUISE all adopted children from foreign countries.

Although J-LO has always denied the rumours that she was receiving IVF treatment in order to conceive, these latest rumours appear to suggest the MAID IN MANHATTAN star could be having difficulties getting pregnant.

A source said: "Jen and Marc are dying to have kids but it just doesn't seem to be working for them.

"Jen realises she's not getting any younger, so they've jointly decided that adoption may be the answer to their prayers."

The source added that the couple have had "some very serious conversations about it" and have decided to look for children from Puerto Rico as both their parents are from the country.
