IRON MAN STILL TOPS INTERNATIONAL BOX OFFICE
Action blockbuster IRON MAN has scored a third week atop the global box office, after fighting off competition from THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN.
The movie, which is adapted from the Marvel comic book series and stars Robert Downey Jr., raked in $25.6 million (GBP12.8 million) in the international market, while the second installment in The Chronicles of Narnia series debuted at two with $20.7 million (GBP10.35 million).
Romantic comedy What Happens In Vegas sits just behind in third place with $20 million (GBP10 million) and Speed Racer is at four with $7 million (GBP3.5 million).
Patrick Dempsey's Made of Honor comes in at five with $5.7 million (GBP2.85 million), to round out the world's top five most popular movies outside the U.S.
