Acclaimed director ALEJANDRO GONZALEZ INARRITU is more inspired on set by British musicians like SIR ELTON JOHN than the works of other legendary film-makers. The 21 GRAMS director is bored of journalists and fans demanding which directors he tries to emulate, insisting most of his creativity is born from music instead. He says, "I love British music. The first time I came to London I went to see a Prince's Trust concert with people like Elton John performing. I was so excited I got hepatitis. "People always ask what movies I aspire to but in reality it's music that drives me and the artists here (England) make some of the best."
