I DON'T WANT MY GIRLS TO BE LIKE THE PUSSYCAT DOLLS, SAYS JAMELIA
Jamelia has revealed that there is a Pussycat Doll ban in her house because she feels the provocative group might be a bad influence on her two daughters.
The 26-year-old singer has said that she won't let six-year-old Teja and two-year-old Tiani listen to music by the US girl group as she doesn't want them copying any of their dance moves or singing their lyrics.
She admitted however that she is still a massive fan of the band, reports CNS.
"My confession is that I'm a huge, huge, huge Pussycat Dolls fan. But the Pussycat Dolls are actually banned in my house, because I don't want my daughters to be like them," she said.
"But I absolutely love them, and think they are great. I just don't want my daughters singing their songs or writhing around like burlesque dancers!"
The British singer, who is a four-time MOBO Award-winning artist and has also been nominated for a BRIT Award four times, is due to perform at Nelson Mandela's World Aids Day concert in South Africa this December.
