HUNTER TO MOVE HOME AFTER SPLIT

Model RACHEL HUNTER is planning to leave Los Angeles and move back to her native New Zealand to deal with the shock of her broken engagement.
Rod Stewart's ex-wife, 39, was due to marry Canadian ice hockey star Jarret Stoll in California in August (09), but the 27 year old called off the wedding last month (Jun09), without giving his bride-to-be any explanation.
Hunter's manager Andy Haden admits the star, who has two children with rocker Stewart, is still recovering from the sudden split and will leave the U.S. in a bid to help deal with her grief.
He says, "She is probably quite shocked about it. It was out of the blue for her. She will come back (to New Zealand) in the next couple of months for a wee (little) while. She is licking her wounds. She is well, she is getting through it."
Stoll and Hunter became engaged in 2008 after dating for two years.
Hunter divorced Stewart in 2006 after 16 years of marriage.
