HULL TO MANCHESTER WITH THE MANCHESTER ORCHESTRA

The MANCHESTER ORCHESTRA continued their mammoth tour last Night with a gig in their namesake City Manchester, UK. ANDY HULL ambled onstage at the intimate venue Academy 3 located in Manchester's University and the band were soon rattling through tracks from their albums "Mean Everything To Nothing" and "I'm Like a Virgin Losing a Child". The Manchesta Orchestra seem at their best on a stage and revel in the limelight and enjoyed relaxed conversation with the eager crowd. "Clapping Just Doesn't Work" came from Hull as the crowds feeble attempt to clap in time interupted the bands flow on a couple of occassions. Finishing with a down beat version of "The Only One" capped a great night off perfectly. Manchester Orchestra are definately a band to keep an eye on, even better get along to see them as they really shine on stage.
