HUGH GRANT and on-off lover JEMIMA KHAN may be back together after they were spotted leaving Hugh's mansion together.

The couple, who were together for three years before they split just five weeks ago, had spent the evening on a date, reports the Daily Mail.

Hugh, 46, was snapped leaving his Chelsea pad with Jemima on Sunday, before the two clambered into his Audi A4 to spend the day together. This came after Jemima, 33, had been spotted heading into Hugh's place on Saturday night.

A source told the paper: "It's difficult just to throw away a three-year relationship.

"Hugh and Jemima may have had their ups and downs but they thought that by spending the weekend together they could settle some of their differences and discuss a possible reconciliation."

The couple split "amicably" after a series of public rows, which Jemima reportedly put down to Hugh's propensity to chat up other women.

He also said "I'm not marrying her. I've read and heard what we're going to do, but there's no truth in it", which may have upset Jemima.
