HUDSON KEEN FOR SEX & THE CITY SEQUEL

Oscar-winner JENNIFER HUDSON is desperate to reprise her role as CARRIE BRADSHAW's assistant in the eagerly anticipated SEX & THE CITY sequel.
Hudson starred as Louise from St. Louis in the first big screen adaptation of the TV series, which saw her character eventually leave New York to return to her Missouri hometown.
The movie was a box office hit, with writer/director Michael Patrick King confirming earlier this year (Feb09) that a follow-up is on its way - and Hudson hopes her character will make another appearance.
She tells Access Hollywood, "I would love (to play her again). I told Michael Patrick King that Louise has moved back to New York from St. Louis, so… I’ll be ready if that opportunity comes."
