HOWARD SURVIVED TWO BOLTS FROM THE BLUE

HUSTLE & FLOW star TERRENCE HOWARD is an electric actor - he has twice been knocked out by high voltage.
The actor was once hit by a bolt of lightning and he also survived a massive shock as an electrician.
He recalls, "When I was 19, I used to install the transformers - you're dealing with 100,000 volts.
"One time I forgot to set the neutral and I grabbed that power line (and) 10,000 volts ran through me. I went to sleep on top of the pole. They pulled me down. I was still alive.
"And I was 17, going across on the ferry from Governors Island back to New York and there was a huge storm and me and my friends... were saying, 'Come lightning, come thunder,' and sure enough a big bolt of lightning landed right in front of us... It knocked me back 14 feet."
