HOWARD SHEDS WEIGHT BY CUTTING OUT SUGAR AND BREAD
IRON MAN star TERRENCE HOWARD is 25 pounds (11.3 kilograms) lighter after cutting out bread and sugar from his diet.
The actor felt he was packing too much weight and set about toning up at the beginning of the year (09) - and now he's ripped and fit.
He tells WENN, "I stopped eating bread and sugar just because it was putting unnecessary weight on me.
"I found I was more mellow throughout the day without it and I can plan and have a piece of cake at the end of the week.
"It's thrown 25 pounds off of me without going to the gym. I also run maybe three miles every morning."
He credits his weight loss and fitness regime for making him a better man: "Now my mind is a bit clearer."
