British actor MATHEW HORNE has called in police after he was targeted by a crazed stalker.
The Lesbian Vampire Killers star has endured months of misery at the hands of an obsessed female fan who has been stalking his every move, and he finally called the cops when she discovered where he lives.
The funnyman, who was recently at the centre of a health scare after collapsing on stage in London's West End, is used to fans following him when he leaves the theatre.
But he was reportedly living in fear after his stalker's increasingly sinister antics.
A pal tells British tabloid the News of the World, "This one took it too far and there was a real concern that she had discovered his home address. That's when he knew he had to call in the big boys to deal with it."
The source adds police have spoken to the fan and made it clear she will be arrested if she harasses Horne again.
