HOME IMPROVEMENT STAR SUES HOTEL BOSSES OVER TASER ATTACK

HOME IMPROVEMENT star ZACHERY TY BRYAN is suing a leading hotel chain after he was tasered by an off-duty manager.
In court documents, the former child star claims hotel night staff at Choice Hotels International in San Diego, California refused to let him go to his room after a night out with friends in April (08).
Bryan alleges he attempted to explain the room was reserved in his wife's name but the manager refused to believe him.
Then, as the actor protested, an off-duty manager tasered him in the neck.
TMZ.com reports cops were called to the hotel and reports were taken, but no charges were filed.
The actor is suing for damages in excess of $25,000 (GBP12,500).
