HOFFMAN CLEARS LONDON HOME

Hollywood star DUSTIN HOFFMAN is clearing his London home of more than $80,000 (GBP40,000) worth of antiques. A selection of 42 items from Hoffman's Kensington pad will go under the hammer at Christie's auction house in March (07). Items include a set of 10 19th century MACclesfield ladder-back chairs and a 18th century Welsh dresser - both worth more than $6,000 (GBP3,000).
