HILTON'S BOYFRIEND TAKES ON LANDLORD IN COURT

PARIS HILTON's boyfriend DOUG REINHARDT has launched a legal battle against his former landlord over a $24,000 (£16,000) security deposit.
Reinhardt claims he's still waiting for the money to be returned, months after he moved out of the Los Angeles pad that was his home for a year, and has filed a lawsuit against Mark Rooke in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
He's seeking the balance, minus $2,332 (£1,554) he has agreed to pay in repairs.
Rooke has responded to TMZ.com, explaining he's holding onto the cash because Reinhardt "trashed the house and left it in horrible condition, way beyond just messing up the carpets."
Reinhardt, a baseball player-turned reality TV star, recently reunited with Hilton, months after the pair split.
