HILL + MCGRAW BATTLING OVER DAUGHTER'S PHONE PRIVILEGES

Country couple FAITH HILL and TIM MCGRAW are in the middle of a family "debate" over whether their 11-year-old daughter GRACIE should own a cell phone.
The singers are stuck when it comes to Gracie's phone woes and they're asking for advice from friends and family.
Hill says, "I don't want to be a prude, the uncool parent, but I really don't feel she needs one right now."
And the couple also have issues with Gracie's need for her own email address.
Hill tells Ladies Home Journal magazine, "Obviously, the girls' lives are a lot different from ours growing up, but we do have rules."
