HEDER HOPES FOR ALL STAR NAPOLEON DYNAMITE SEQUEL

NAPOLEON DYNAMITE star JOHN HEDER wants make a big budget sequel of the successful low budget comedy - with an all-star cast. The 2004 film quickly became a cult hit and made a star of Heder and film maker Jared Hess. The pair have resisted pressure from studios to make a sequel - but Heder would love to see a multi-million dollar update with Matthew MCConaughey playing his character and Antonio Banderas as his sidekick Pedro. Heder says, "Banderas would be playing Pedro. They'd all be grown up, so we'd recast. Matthew MCConaughey might be a good Napoleon."
