HEATON SUED BY FORMER ASSISTANT

Actress PATRICIA HEATON and her former assistant are set to meet in court over a pay dispute.
Jennifer Lee claims she worked for the Everybody Loves Raymond star from August 2007 to March this year (09) - and was fired when she complained about her wages.
The assistant claims Heaton was unsympathetic when she went to her with scheduling issues, and was let go from her job.
She alleges her wages stopped at the same time - insisting her former boss still owes her over $7,425 (£4,660) in unpaid wages, according to TMZ.com.
