HAYES' HOME 'FORECLOSED'

The home of late R&B legend ISAAC HAYES is set to be auctioned to the highest bidder after it was foreclosed by authorities, according to a new report.
Hayes' estate is said to be in default on a $1.1 million (£777,000) loan for the home in the farming village of Cordova, Tennessee, reports the Memphis Daily News.
The Do Your Thing hitmaker, who died in August (08) of an apparent heart attack, bought the home in May 2002.
The property is reportedly set to go under the hammer next month (Mar09).
