ANNE HATHAWAY has been left red-faced by her own parents - after they told a gossip columnist "great sex" is the secret to their long marriage.
Attorney Jerry Hathaway and his former actress wife Kate were proud parents on the red carpet at the New York premiere of their daughter's latest movie Bride Wars this week (06Jan08).
And they were happy to reveal all about their 28-year marriage when probed by the New York Post's veteran columnist Cindy Adams.
When their indiscretion was revealed to the 28-year-old actress, she blushed and replied, "Oh, please, I'm going to forget they talked about their great sex. I prefer to think they just blinked at one another and I was conceived."
