HATHAWAY BLASTS GOSSIPING PALS
ANNE HATHAWAY has hit out at her friends for believing tabloid rumours about her love life - including the suggestion she is a lesbian.
The actress has been the subject of much gossip since she split with Italian businessman Raffaelo Follieri, who was arrested on charges of fraud shortly after they parted ways.
But she insists she's still single, and is sick of fielding calls from girl pals who believe every word they read.
She says, "I don't look at gossip magazines and websites, but my friends do and they call me out of the blue and ask me if I'm dating someone.
"Apparently I've dated Josh Lucas, Brody Jenner - I didn't know who he was - and of course there's the rumour that I'm dating Emily Blunt."

Its about time Anne sorted out who her real friends are, she seems to have an
unfortunate habit of placing her trust in those who are not worthy of it. If
any of these friends have questioned her about the lies that have been
plastered all over the net of late, then they show very little faith or respect
for her, so can they really be considered as friends.
