HASSELHOFF'S INSPIRATIONAL AUTOBIOGRAPHY
DAVID HASSELHOFF is convinced his new autobiography will be inspiration to his fans, because it will teach them about his many good deeds. DAVID HASSELHOFF - MAKING WAVES is packed with stories about the BAYWATCH star, telling of the concert he played atop the Berlin Wall and the charity work he did with the late DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES. He says, "I wrote this book about inspiration, and about making waves. I've tried to use Baywatch and David Hasselhoff in a positive way - from the Great Ormond Street hospital with Princess Diana to hospitals in more than 40 countries. "We did some amazing things that nobody else would even think about doing. We went to Soweto during apartheid. We just thumbed our noses at everybody. We used my celebrity as a positive thing."
