HASSELHOFF'S EX ORDERED TO PROVIDE FINGERPRINTS + MUGSHOT OR FACE ARREST
A judge has ordered DAVID HASSELHOFF's ex-wife PAMELA BACH to provide fingerprints and a `mugshot' photo by Friday (10Aug07) or a warrant will be issued for her arrest.
Bach was in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (06Aug07) for a hearing related to a misdemeanour charge of colliding with a car in North Hollywood and then fleeing the scene in January (07).
The court hearing marked the third time Bach has been ordered to head to a police station and provide her fingerprints and pose for a mugshot.
The driver of the car Bach allegedly collided with, Nicole Valdez, claims Bach unexpectedly showed up at her home after the incident with a small camera crew demanding a taped settlement. She also accuses Bach of sending two private investigators to her home to pry.
Valdez told the court she wants Bach to make a formal apology for the inconvenience and alleged harassment she has suffered, and to pay $2,907 (GBP1,454) to cover damage costs.
Bach's lawyer said Bach is "willing to make an apology and the cheque (to cover costs) is ready", reports website, TMZ.com.
