HASSELHOFF'S EX ESCAPES HIT AND RUN CHARGE

LATEST: A hit and run charge against DAVID HASSELHOFF's ex-wife PAMELA BACH has been dropped after she agreed to pay for the damage caused. The actress/singer turned herself in to authorities at the Van Nuys Jail in California on Monday (24Sep07) on a charge of crashing her Mercedes into a parked car and fleeing the scene back in January (07). However, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge agreed to grant a permanent stay of the charge on Tuesday (25Sep07), after the unnamed woman, whose car was hit, withdrew her complaint.
