DAVID HASSELHOFF claims veteran actor CLINT EASTWOOD has had cosmetic surgery on his face. The former BAYWATCH admits he has had botox injections, and implies MILLION DOLLAR BABY actor/director Eastwood has as well. He says, "I have had botox. Everyone has. I like how Clint Eastwood looks. He waited until he was 75."
