HASSELHOFF AND BACH AGREE TO SPLIT 'COMMUNITY POT' TO END MARRIAGE
LATEST: DAVID HASSELHOFF and his ex-wife PAMELA BACH have settled their messy divorce by agreeing to both take money out of a 'community pot' to pay for cars, homes and their kids' tuition. The warring pair has agreed on who pays what - right down to the vet bills. In legal papers filed in Los Angeles on Monday (14AUG06), and obtained by TMZ.com, the unhappy couple has agreed that Hasselhoff's rented home payments and the mortgage on the actor's former home - where his wife and daughters are living - will be paid out of community funds. Community money will also be used to pay gardening bills, security and pet expenses, as well as tuition fees for the couple's children and Bach's leased Mercedes. The couple has agreed to take $27,000 (GBP15,000) a month out of the community pot. Both were awarded $50,000 (GBP27,800) to cover legal costs.
