Former DESTINY'S CHILD star KELLY ROWLAND has sparked reports she has had a boob job after she was recently spotted filling the bikini she wore loosely on vacation last summer (07). Snappers caught the now-busty singer on the beach in Miami, Florida earlier this month (Feb08), wearing the same purple bikini that made her look flat-chested last August. Rowland is refusing to confirm or deny reports she has had a breast enhancement, but one leading surgeon insists the camera never lies. Dr. Michelle Copeland, who didn't work on Rowland's apparent boob job, tells America's Star magazine, "She definitely has significantly larger, fuller breasts now, most likely from implant augmentation. "Some women want Wonder Woman breasts, which Kelly certainly has now."
