HARGITAY SUFFERS COLLAPSED LUNG
LAW + ORDER: SUV star MARISKA HARGITAY has been diagnosed with a partially collapsed lung.
The actress has been sidelined with a pneumothorax, according to her representative, but isn't expected to miss any work on the hit cop show.
The representative says, "She will appear in all episodes for the rest of the season of Law + Order: SVU."
The illness explains Hargitay's absence at the Golden Globes on Sunday (11Jan09), where she was nominated for a Best Actress in a Television Drama.
