HANNAH PROMOTES GREEN FUEL

Hollywood star DARYL HANNAH is spearheading a coalition to promote the environmentally-friendly benefits of clean fuels. The Kill Bill star has teamed up with country singer Willie Nelson to create The Sustainable Biofuels Alliance - an organisation of scientists and activists aiming to educate consumers about green energy. She says, "I haven't been to a gas station in seven years and it feels fantastic... I want biofuels that are grown and produced in a sustainable manner. I would not buy biodiesel made from palm oil... or from a bunch of animals poured in a vat... It should be made illegal to burn down rainforest."
