HANKS PLANS ABBA MOVIE MUSICAL AGAIN
TOM HANKS and executives at his production company, Playtone, are in talks to turn ABBA musical MAMMA MIA! into a new movie. Hanks approached producer JUDY CRAYMER with a view to putting the stageshow on the big screen five years ago (01), but Craymer wasn't interested. Now, according to the New York Times newspaper, the talks for the movie rights are back on.
