HAMM INJURED ON THE SET OF AFFLECK FILM

Actor JON HAMM is sporting a neck injury after a blast on the set of BEN AFFLECK's new movie sent a metal shard into his neck.
The Mad Men star showed off his wound during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman on U.S. TV on Friday (09Oct09).
Hamm explained he was filming The Town in Boston, Massachusetts when he was left injured.
He said, "I actually got shot in the neck... Things sort of blow up when you shoot the fake stuff - a squib blew a piece of bondo (filler) off a car and into my neck. It kinda looks like a zit but it's a way better story."
