HALLYDAY'S HEALTH SCARE CASTS DOUBT ON TOUR

Veteran French singer JOHNNY HALLYDAY's upcoming tour has been thrown into jeopardy after the star injured himself in a fall.
The 66 year old was enjoying a holiday on the French Riviera when he took a tumble and dislocated a hip while boarding a yacht on 24 July (09).
The rocker was given medical treatment in the South of France, before he transferred to the American Hospital in Paris, where he underwent further tests.
The star's management has told the French media he is recuperating after suffering exhaustion, but New York gossip column PageSix reports Hallyday actually underwent surgery to his colon.
Concerned fans are praying for his speedy recovery ahead of his forthcoming farewell trek, scheduled to kick off in September (09).
A source tells PageSix, "The French are wringing their hands and lighting candles. Johnny has been French music for half a century. It's impossible to imagine France without him."
