HAGAR TURNS TO MARIACHI MUSIC

Rocker SAMMY HAGAR has found a passion for a new type of music since relocating to Mexico - local mariachi guitar bands. The former VAN HALEN frontman now spends his days surfing and watching over his Mexico beach bar and tequila company, instead of rocking out on stage. He explains, "I love mariachi music. You can't have a bad time when you're listening. At least I can't. "Down in Cabo San Lucas, I get the best stuff. There's such a joy in the music and so many of these guys can play. They kill!"
